Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, the new KA2 project “Quality Standard for distance Apprenticeship for Disability-QSA4Disability ” aims to PROMOTE A MORE INCLUSIVE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME FOR DAEF VET STUDENTS (14-18 age) in Europe through designing and releasing of a QUALITY STANDARD FOR DISTANCE APPRENTICESHIP.

About the project

The project aims to promote the employment of people who are deaf or hard of hearing through an apprenticeship programme made more open and inclusive thanks to the drafting and adoption by European companies and VET organisations of a European Quality Framework/Standard for transnational and distance apprenticeship for deaf people

Objectives

The final goal of project is to promote a more inclusive apprenticeship programme for people with hearing impaired disabilities in Europe through designing and releasing of a quality Framework/Standard for transnational and distance apprenticeship experience.

Improve

the job placement of young people with disability, by addressing the working barriers faced by them in accessing the working opportunities

Dispel

the myths related to the difficulties of job placement of apprentices with disabilities through the creation of a quality standard to be expected in order to develop a positive transnational remote apprenticeship experiences
