About the project
The project will create more inclusive VET and business environments that foster equity and equality, improving the job placement of young deaf people and dispelling the myth of their low employability and low professional contribution.
In its 24 months, the project will develop:
A TOOLBOX with protocols, training videos, an e-questionnaire, guidelines, a project badge (Work Package2)
An e-SPACE, which will also contain the tools devised in WP2, to be used in approaching apprenticeship and during its implementation to communicate and check its progress (Work Package 3)
A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICES based on virtual and local HUBS, Local Workshops and Campaigns and an EU Policy Recommendation (Work Package 4)
